Run info popup open during gameplay #1682

Describe the bug

The Leaderboard Run Info popup (watch run/steam profile) can get stuck open during gameplay:

How To Reproduce

  1. Open leaderboard
  2. Activate mouse input w/ right click
  3. Right click on a run and press tab to close the leaderboard at around the same time

Expected Behavior

When I right click first, the popup should open and the leaderboard should not close regardless of if I press tab. If I pressed tab first, the popup should never open.

Operating System

Windows 11

Renderer

DX11 (default)

Simple fix, just need to call ClosePopups on the leaderboard panel close.
