Watch replay menu stays on screen if mouse movement is already enabled from spec #1749

Describe the bug

If you already have mouse movement enabled from spec, then the right click menu to watch somebodies replay will stay on screen even after closing Tab menu. image

How To Reproduce

  1. Enter spec
  2. Hit Ctrl for mouse movement
  3. Hold tab to bring up leaderboards
  4. Right click somebodies name
  5. Untab

Releasing tab should also clear the watch replay menu
