ctapping moves you closer to the ground perpetually

Describe the bug

ctapping allows you to get lower to the ground, and doing multiple ctaps can compound the effect

How To Reproduce

Doing 3 ctaps allows you to walk through this hallway on jump_rat

Note this is not perpetual but during ctap #7 your height is reset to the starting value. Also, doing a normal jump or walking off a ledge will reset height as well.

Note also this is not a bug with ctapping specifically and does not only happen from ctapping, ctaps just happen to do the same thing that causes this to happen.
