Defrag: Weapon doesn't switch when out of ammo #2081

Describe the bug

When I fire a rocket launcher at 0 ammo, my weapon does not automatically switch to the next available weapon (plasma gun, machine gun, etc.)

How To Reproduce

  1. Open df_effect_kosha
  2. Fire plasmagun until out of ammo
  3. Weapon does not switch to machine gun

Issue Map

df_effect_kosha, df_hgb-effect

Expected Behavior

The weapon should automatically switch when out of ammo
