Defrag: Player sometimes collides with the top edge of steep ramps #2082

Describe the bug

When sliding up an steep ramp that is connected to a flat surface, the player will sometimes bounce as if they are hitting a wall. It happens on ramps like these: chaos_nJGkCYDpRe

This issue started happening in 0.9.15.

How To Reproduce

  1. Open df_hgb-tofu
  2. Noclip and slam yourself into the steep ramp shown in the screenshot above
  3. Sometimes you will bounce off of the top edge as if you hit a wall

Expected Behavior

The player should not bounce off of the edge.
