Getting explosions sounds to be grouped into the "AllWeapon" and "AllGhosts" seems extremely difference, as mom_fx_explosion is a very generic entity that knows nothing about the player/ghost entity that ultimately triggered it. Refactoring to support this sounds like a nightmare, but it's awful to be spammed by rocket explosion sounds or whatever when in a lobby with dozens of other players, with no way to turn it out.
@braem worked on this a while ago and wasn't able to get it working, check in with her for more info if needed.
