Using the ammo system to limit stickies, it is possible to fire stickybombs while at 0 ammo.
Load a sticky jump map and use the command ent_fire player setstickybombs 1, fire a sticky bomb and immediately after releasing +attack, press it again and hold it to start charging a second stickybomb while at 0 ammo.
