Add option to switch Rocket Launcher models #463

Suggested by Xbmann, there should be an option in the settings for switching between rocket launcher models and this should auto detect other custom models that are added too.

Perhaps put the setting here: image and have the "Appearance" preview for the player switch to a preview of the current rocket launcher model.

This and #400 seem to accomplish a similar goal but in quite different ways - maybe not worth making for 0.8.3 a simple toggle cvar if that feature is then gonna be superseded by custom model support in the following release??

0.8.3 implements the cvar to say which rocket to use, this card (0.8.4) implements UI to preview the model / make it more accessible for all users.
