Add Renegade Bookbinding Guild Credit to Bookbinder-JS. #126

A lot of people don't realize that Bookbinder.JS is the community imposer developed by Renegade Bookbinding Guild. I think it would be a good idea to link to the guild in the description of the imposer.

A Javascript-based app for formatting PDFs for bookbinding-- a process called imposition. For more information, feature requests, or to contribute, view the project's Github repository. If you have issues with this version, you can try the old version instead, which only supports folio layouts.

Hmmm, so the thing is - while it was inspired by Renegade, and perhaps developed in conversation with Renegade, I know for sure that not all our contributers are Renegade guild members (if nothing else, I'm not lol). Possibly something like

This open source community imposer was developed in conjunction with Renegade Bookbinding Guild

But I will let other major contributors weigh in.
