Six minor fix #14

Fixing minor layout issues for when there's not the expected number of pages (end of sheet/single sheet stuff)

😅 have been working/printing from this locally for... a while now, forgot to commit/push

I assume we're still awaiting Cocoa's blessing before merging, even thought that button is green and tempting? should only touch/impact the mini layouts
