2 new layout & distributed spacing & fore-edge padding (wacky only) #15

removed my 32 sig layout (not needed/redundant of what's available)
added the 3x3 and 4x4 strips layouts
added support for fore-edge padding (wacky only)
added space distribution (wacky only)
tweaked CSS to clean up wacky UI a bit
