One PDF To Rule Them All #20

Now, if a book is DUPLEX and has more than one signature, an aggregate_book.pdf file is included in the zip. Just all the sigs smooshed into one file.

This feature was requested by several folks on the server. Issue #19

This should hopefully be a pretty painless, tiny PR? 🤞
