A round of minor tweaks & adds #32

Rolled some very minor requests into 1 PR:

displaying Paper Size now semi-dynamically (points/cm/inches based on a dropdown selection)
allows a 'CUSTOM' paper size
fixed the (?) to be just a ? emojji (was showing up as missing emoji tofu for me)
fixed typo
changed default positioning to CENTERED vs SNUG

New UI for the paper selection stuff:
