Add “developed and maintained” line to UI #43

Add line approximating “This tool is developed and maintained by members of the Renegade Bindery discord server” onto the UI somewhere

@momijizukamori this can probably be tagged as a good first issue if you can point where to put it on the UI/relevant place in the code

Possibly make it “This community imposer tool is …” to aid the poor people googling for the community imposer?

No idea! I think we're just waiting for someone to take a stab at it! I'd vote somewhere in a collapsable section at the top maybe? I like how the Generate button is at the very bottom of the page-- don't want to put more things below it

I’d agree with at the top, but either expanded by default or non-collapsible
