Fix handling for perfectbound and booklet modes #67

Moves booklet creation functionality into Signatures (the only place it was used)
Adds 'booklet' as a creation option, where internally it is special case of Signatures (with one signature for the whole book)
Fix Perfectbound page ordering and add handling for quarto, octavo, and sextodecimo layouts
Add a bunch of unit tests

one thing tho! (realized after I approved -- don't want to mark as needing changes but also really would like change) Version number should be bumped! Probably to 1.2.0 (which will require Cass to bump that next PR up to 1.3.0...)
