Implimented SALT's SALTICAM #10

Implimented the pipeline on the Southern Africa Large Telescope's SALTICAM. Specifically the r' and i' bands. Right now the pipeline fails to astrometrically register my images, but I think it's more of a problem with my images than the pipeline. But, I'm still looking into it.
