2MASS VEGA -> AB #29

Currently, the pipeline downloads 2MASS magnitudes from VIZIER. These magnitudes are VEGA magnitudes. The rest of the pipeline (i.e., SDSS) works in AB magnitudes. This converts the VEGA to AB mags.

Good idea, but I would prefer to implement this as a 'separate catalog', e.g., 2MASS_AB, if you agree. Most asteroid-related photometry is still in Vega magnitudes - we're old school... I can do the modifications after the merge.
