Installed 5 row keyboard can't be activated #368

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Only origional keyboards available

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
can't switch to 5row keyboard

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system
(iPhone/iPod Touch? Firmware version?)?
iPhone 3.0.1

Please provide any additional information below.
