Keyboard does not work #379

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Latest version on os 3.1.2
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system
(iPhone/iPod Touch? Firmware version?)?

OK I can get the file to my computer (PC) but how do I get it in the phone? I 
have a
3gs on OS 3.0.  I have gone to Cydia an tried to use
http://code.google.com/p/networkpx/downloads/list   as a new source but Cydia 
doesn't
recognize the this as a repository.

I was able to download the latest version of iKeyEx 
(hk.kennytm.iKeyEx3-0.1-99j.deb) 
directly to my iPhone (3GS w/ 3.1) after installing Safari Download Manager 
($2.00), 
but I can't open/install it. Help needed!
