Ruby LSPのSolargraph！ 特にアプリの動作は変わらないPR

やったこと

• Solargraphの設定を更新
  • ad hockなコードを削除し、solargraph-rails gemを利用するようにした
  • Solargraphのチェッカーをすべてオンにした
  • 参考程度のTypecheckerをオンにした
  • solargraph typecheckで動かせる
  • 今後はRuby3で標準となったSteepがメインになるかも？
• YARDにおける型ミスを修正
  • solargraph typecheckでYARDのHashの書き方のミスがわかりました
• Solargraphの設定ファイルsolargraph.ymlを削除
  • 今までは設定ファイルはあるけどGemfileへは記述していなかった
  • つまり、Solargraphを使う人はglobalにinstall
  • プロジェクトのGemfileにはSolargraphが含まれていない
  • でもsolargraph.ymlはあるのでプロジェクト設定がされる
  • 今後は、Solargraphを使いたい人は、設定もグローバルに設定する
  • ホームディレクトリに配置する方法がある
