Problem with windows resize and keyboard. #52

Hi,

When I first installed VimTouch, opening the software keyboard made the vim window smaller so I could still see the bottom...

But it stopped working. Now the keyboard covers com and I can't see the content at the bottom of the screen or the vim command line.

This is freakin' awesome! I hope it gets fixed soon. :D
