How can I setup a custom syntax highlight scheme? #92

Where do I have to put a syntax file e.g. todotxt.vim and what else do I have to do to get syntax highlighting working?

e.g. syntax file from https://github.com/sideshowcoder/vimtodotxt

I'm also looking at installing some plugins for VimTouch, but can't find any documentation on how to do that, nor can I find the directory on the phone where I could copy plugins...
