Select networks after pressing "Run" #13

When the user clicks the "Run" button, please display a message box which lists 
all the transmission network as well as all the distribution networks which 
belong to the current project.  There should be a checkbox next to each one.  
By default, they will all be selected.

Once the user presses "okay", then continue with the existing calls to start 
the simulation.
