Delete Buttons for Proejcts & Schematics #15

When the user clicks on "Load Project", there should be a "delete" button next 
to each project.  The delete button should delete the project as well all 
schematics in it.

Similarly, there should be a "Delete" button next to each schematic in the 
distribution and transmission grids.
