Issues with Transmission Windows #27

It looks like the "delete" button doesn't appear on the selection window for 
Transmission.  Why is this following a different code path anyway?  We 
shouldn't be copy-pasting code for that functionality as its basicallly the 
same as selecting a distribution.  (Just take the type as an argument).

Also, Can you go ahead and enable the "New" button for transmission, which 
should have the same function as it does for distribution.

Also, get rid of the default "Transmission" model.  Just let the user create 
one by pressing "new".  There's no need for a default one.
