Decode URL-encoded settings passed in query #40

Currently e. g. this URL wouldn't work: https://0x40.mon.im/?song=Pendulum - Propane Nightmares&skipPreloader=on (whitespaces being encoded as %20) – a minor annoyance given that song/firstSong does a fuzzy search, but still might be nice to have fixed. :)
