Ported patches for Chunithm 1.00 and 1.01 and added icon, etc.
I did not port the Aime URL obfuscation patches, as the scene releases of these two versions do not have the partial obfuscation mistake that the other versions do (which required patching to resolve)
I could have combined this with Plus, but decided against it due to potentially confusing naming scheme (might be hard to see the original Plus without looking at the icon, would have to rename some of the other assets, etc.)
