[chunithm] Add amdaemon patches for free play/local server usage #351

The first commit contains the actual changes, while the second commit is just formatting.

The patches added are:

These patches were a pretty straightforward port from CHUNITHM pre-PARADISE, when amdaemon was built in to the game.

What formatter did you use? This doesn't look like anything I've seen (I typically use Prettier)

I used the Format Document option inside VSCode.

I don't like how it indents the <head> and <body> elements at level 0, but eh whatever, it's consistent
