GRUB concerns on Linux when booting Windows #53

Can you clarify if (please update any documentation as well) if merely booting the Windows PE environment which ships with the Medicat media can break the GRUB for other installed OSes? Can Windows modify (or even read) other drives or partitions?

Is Medicat able to prevent such access?

It does not. It's booting from a USB
