Install Problems #72

Hello, sadly it doesn't work for me. I tried so long and couldn't even find the problem. 20 minutes ago I finally had the idea to launch the batch through Powershell ISE and not CMD. Then I saw that i have tried it to often with my IP and it wouldn't let me again... what can i do now?
