Adopting code of conduct #48

Overview

To understand the need for a code of conduct for mona-actions/gh-repo-stats and adopting one.

@samueljmello @antgrutta @abelberhane @admiralAwkbar @bryantson @ssulei7: As mentioned in https://opensource.guide/code-of-conduct/#establishing-a-code-of-conduct, it likely makes sense to review existing codes of conduct used by OSS today such as:

Seeing GitHub CLI cli/cli having adopted an older version of Contributor Covenant, I'm more inclined to start there.

Thoughts? If people are good with this, I have created #49 to create the necessary file with the latest version.
