Monaca Localkit debugger - connection shows, but debugger does not open #16

What should I do to open a debugger window? I can press the grayed out play button, but this restarts the app on the mobile device and that is it.The other button with the looking glass repaints the Monaca Localkit window and that is it.

The second button enables USB debugging.
