Expand base bounds so as to build with GHC 9.4. #37

Basically exactly the same as https://github.com/monadfix/named/pull/34 but for GHC 9.4.

I'm not familiar with this package - it's a transitive dependency of a package I want to upgrade. The CI passes, but please be aware that I haven't given it any more thought than that!

I'm very happy to make any changes to this PR.

Thanks! I updated the metadata on Hackage, you should be able to build the package with GHC 9.4 after a cabal update.
