make the app responsive #10

this is a bounty to do 2-3 cycles of responsive design (tablet + mobile) css cleanup on this repo.

  1. wanna see an app demo? the live repo is at http://web3.sustainoss.org/
  2. to clone the repo follow the insturctions on the README.
  3. perform the cleanup + submit a PR with screenshots
  4. we'll do a cycle or two of review/fix
  5. ill pay out the bounty
