Still, I would recommend to focus on the other important things for the next time. We should wait till that XEP has somehow be a approved or there is a Conversations implemenation.

Can you update the XEP-0384: OMEMO Encryption support to 0.4.0+?

XEP-0384 0.4.0+ breaks all:

Don't know about the state of this issue but the current version is OMEMO 2 since version 0.8.0 of XEP-0384

I think most clients will jump straight to MLS instead of doing OMEMO:1, so I'm closing this issue now
