Inline javascripts combined in one file. CSS fixes for dark mode. #28

Description This pull request focused on inline JS issues. It also includes other changes for dark mode compatibility.

Changes

  1. Theme toggle, scroll-on-top and copy-button scripts have been combined.

  2. The new JavaScript file has been minified.

  3. Removed font-color entries in CSS for dark theme compatibility

  4. Attributes for image files have been simplified.
