1. Go to https://www.monarc.lu/news/2022/10/10/monarc-2123-released/
2. Download the latest OVA
3. Open the link https://vm.monarc.lu/MONARC_v2.12.3@0cb8fbb/MONARC_v2.12.3@0cb8fbb44b2a011b0e58cd6b8771b38b2d4e1cf1.ova

Expected behavior Be able to download Monarc OVA
