This PR does the following. @mbrush please set the checkboxes to give your ork

Migrates SEPIO to latest ODK
[x] Properly deprecated SEPIO:software agent
[x] Add owl:deprecated annotations to various classes
[x] Update imports to include proper BFO, proper RO, proper COB and proper OMO according to standards
[x] Remove need to pass OWL 2 profile validation (this is bad, but does not touch the status quo, see #38, #21)
[x] Normalise to new Protege 5.6 rendering.
[x] Changed edit file to sepio-edit.owl

Fixes #34 #36
