Fixes a few bugs with /bioentity/<type>/<id> route and get_association_counts

Fixes the following,

• a silly error where type in /bioentity/<type>/<id> could have been anything
• a bug where a key in count_map was being accessed without checking first
• changed categories in association_counts to singular
