quick pass at adding q param to bioentity queries to support free text search on association documents - for filtering when viewing tables on the monarch app
To test locally you will need https://github.com/biolink/ontobio/pull/486, as well as setting the ontobio config to use solr-dev, then this should work: http://127.0.0.1:5000/api/bioentity/disease/MONDO%3A0007947/phenotypes?q=kypho
