[x] Set a max limit (eg 500)
[x] For gene and disease to phenotype expansion, only include direct phenotypes, so for example sending a query with MONDO:0000001 does not take down the server
[ ] ~~Set maxsize for caches~~ - The diskcache defaults look sane enough to me
