mkdocs not functioning correctly #10

The current version of the template fails to build documentation because of some dependency issues with mkdocs plugin versions:

mkdocstrings plugin was not declared as a dependency
kghub-downloader declared mkdocstrings as a (non-dev) dependency
kghub-downloader uses an older version of mkdocs than is declared in the template, so therefore...
An incompatible version of the mkdocstrings plugin was being pulled in transitively

PR to fix is incoming.
