Opening an issue to begin discussing how G2P data from webphenote models will inter-operate with existing G2P data when loaded into SciGraph. Several modeling and technical considerations to consider w.r.t. how we want to operate on and reason with this data for various purposes.
For now will just note that a key difference from the modeling perspective is that webphenote creates instances of phenotype classes, whereas Monarch associations link a genotype to a punned phenotype class.
