The Cancer Models Database (caMOD) was retired last year. The data will be a one time ingest, and is available at this public FTP server: ftp://caftpd.nci.nih.gov/pub/caMOD/.
This folder contains:
A data export from the production database just prior to retirement. As we discussed, much of this information was obtained from the Jackson Lab Mouse Tumor Biology database. However, a number of models, including many non-mouse models, were curated by NCI curators. A directory of these models is listed here.
A sub-folder containing documentation of the UML model describing the table structure of the export.
The caMOD User Guide, which is focused largely on the web interface but is also a useful resource for understanding the data
caMOD Release Notes and Release history
