Perhaps because we remove 'normal' phenotypes, as represented in MGI? http://www.informatics.jax.org/marker/phenotypes/MGI:1913276?multigenic=1

Has this been addressed with #595

I don't think #595 fixes this. Looking at the neighborhood around this genotype, it is now connected to the normal cellular phenotype, but we're not capturing the assertion that the KO rescues the phenotype from the Ngly1 KO.
