Upgrade interface to monarch neville server #3

Currently the server interacts with the backend server via:

http://neville.monarchinitiative.org:9000/scigraph/dynamic/features/COSMIC:1140132/phenotypes.json?evidence=true

This could be replaced with:

http://neville.monarchinitiative.org:9000/scigraph/docs/#!/dynamic/get_g2p_associations_for_a_variant

http://neville.monarchinitiative.org:9000/scigraph/docs/#!/dynamic/get_g2p_associations_for_a_gene
