MAPK8IP3 #17

Hi @lnrekerle -- I am checking in the phenopackets we will need to check a potential MAPK8IP3 variant's correlation that I think will be significant. When I try to input the data, I get 

ValueError: Invalid contig name 'chr' for reference 'GRCh38'

could we touch bases? I am not sure where best to address this

That looks like an error with varcode, which since we are replacing it with using the Ensembl API, that issue should get resolved. I almost have that change made and then we can test again.
