@lnrekerle can you take a look at the notebook -- where is the place to set everything up? We should really update all of the notebooks to use the latest API and then merge everything into develop and main and start to work on tutorials. I started to add some commentaries that we will need for each notebook (we can have each notebook focus on only one type of analysis and explain that in detail, and then have one notebook that does everything)
