Conversion from version 1 to version 2 #4

Use phenopacket tools to convert to version 2 & test

None of these phenopackets will have an Extension!

None of them have any Genomic Interpretations either, so we cannot test the variants. I was successful at converting them to version 2 and extracting the phenotypes from them though!

Added --convert-variants to command and issue was resolved. This task is then complete as I was able to get them all converted properly!
