Update the notebooks with the most recent code.

Requirements

• make a folder with 3 notebooks

• the folder has a subfolder phenopackets

  • KBG - variant vs others, exons
  • SUOX - AR inheritance
  • a gene that shows difference between variants affecting different protein domains

• no HPO - the notebooks fetch a specific version from the web

• the existing notebooks folder is clean, most of the stuff is gone

• the KBG notebook should be complete to the greatest extent possible to show the prototype analysis.

EDIT:

The aim of this issue is to set up the notebooks and clean up the repository. It is not the aim to ensure that the analysis can in fact be run. We may not have all code for that at the moment!
